Protea's Acetylated Peptide Standards are lyophilized peptides that are useful for the standardization and method development of proteomic analyses. Acetylated Peptide Standard Mixture I (# PS-540) contains 500 pmol each of Angiotensin II with an acetylated aspartic acid at position 1, Annexin 1 with an acetylated alanine at position 1 and Calcitonin (15-29) with an acetylated lysine at position 4. Acetylated Peptide Standard Mixture II (# PS-541) contains 500 pmol each of the acetylated peptides in PS-540 as well as their corresponding non-acetylated peptide partners. Each Peptide Standard is Certified Mass Spec Grade and provided in convenient, lyophilized vials for easy reconstitution and usage.
