Product Overview
Protea's Glycopeptide Standards are lyophilized peptides that are useful for the standardization and method development of glycoproteomic analyses. Glycosylated Peptide Standard Mixture I (# PS-510) contains 500 pmol each of erythropoietin (117-131) with a glycosylated serine at position 126 (10th residue of peptide), MUC5AC 3 with a glycosylated threonine at position 3 and carcinoembryonic antigen CGM2 (176-186) with a glycosylated asparagine at position 183 (8th residue of peptide). Glycosylated Peptide Standard Mixture II (# PS-511) contains 500 pmol each of the glycosylated peptides in PS-510 as well as their corresponding non-glycosylated peptide partners. Each Glycopeptide Standard is Certified Mass Spec Grade and provided in convenient, lyophilized vials for easy reconstitution and usage.
